Privacy and your personal data

Company keeps personal data of contract labour working at its premises (name, contact, Aadhaar, PAN, bank account, photo, attendance and wages) only to give entry, record attendance, pay wages and meet labour-law and PF / ESIC duties, as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Your rights

• Access - ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction - ask us to correct or update wrong data.
• Erasure - ask us to erase data that is no longer needed (data the law requires us to keep, such as wage registers, is kept for the legal period).
• Nomination - name a person who may use these rights for you.
• Withdraw consent - for anything you agreed to that is optional.
• Grievance - complain if you are not satisfied with how your data is handled.

How to ask

Contact the Grievance / Data Protection Officer in person, by letter, email or phone. Give your labour code / card number (or name and contractor) so we can find your record. We reply within 30 days.

Personal data of labour who left is kept for 8 years (labour-law registers) and then erased. If you are not satisfied with our reply you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
